Job Title: US Staffing Assistant Manager

Location: Bangalore

Duration: Full Time

Work Type: Onsite

Experience: 11 - 14 years

Shift timings: Night shifts


Job Description:

  • Monthly reporting metrics presentation (Client and team members performance) about each client to management team.
  • Establish TekWissen among TOP 3 vendors with every client we are supporting.
  • Manage all users who needs to have access to VMS tool and do audit on monthly basis.
  • Complete understanding of Score card so we are meeting all the SLAs.
  • Can decide on the markup and payrate of the consultant based on the situation.
  • Updated client presentation upload in ATS and keep it updated from time to time.
  • Ensure that it has all the required information such as Client details, types of requirements, Labor category we are supporting, Labor category we are not supporting, Locations, Markup/or Bill rate model, BGV requirements etc.
  • This will be used for internal training purpose with all the new comers including Program specialist in USA
  • On PO confirmation who will reach out to the consultant--- Program specialist/AM/ Lead depending who has the bonding with the consultant.
  • We need to have a single point of contact instead of multiple people jumping in.

Team Management

  • Responsible for motivating team members and assessing their performance and evaluation on regular basis. Weekly metrics using Power BI will be shared.
  • Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance.
  • Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Team capacity planning and analysis. Know the strength and weakness of each team member and see how we can have a right team for each client. (Example: 5 requirements/ week- 1 recruiter)
  • Develop and implement action items to drive production and quality from every team/client.
  • In absence of leads, AM has to deal with the day-to-day work of Lead.
  • Incase team do not have enough requirements to work, get requirements from other team so that everyone is engaged.

Other Responsibilities

  • Fulfill the responsibility when Program Specialist (USA) or Program Lead-India is not present. (Ex: OOO, Vacation, After office hours)
  • Ensure that all the teams are following governance (Internal process, internal audits, submissions)
  • Any hiring needs request needs to be sent to Manager (Program Manager and AGM) and HR
  • Any client audits needs to be handled by coordinating with onboarding team. Update the client and internal team once the audit is completed.
  • Double confirm the rate with onboarding team, especially if it is C2C.
  • Participate in hiring efforts and interviews of internal employees.
  • Leave approvals will be given by AMs for all the Lead and team members.
  • Ensure that only team members who are supporting should be there in Group email id.
  • OOO update properly whom to reach out with all necessary details internally and externally.
  • Maximum response time from the time we have received the email should not cross 40 min.
  • Provide proper communication to Program Specialist on their request on a timely manner.
  • Have a weekly or biweekly meeting with Program Specialist-USA and Leads to find challenges internally or externally
