Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a US Staffing Accounting Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The selected individual will manage key accounting functions, including preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include using accounting software to maintain and update financial records, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights for decision-making. The candidate will collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing USA Financial Statements and creating accurate Journal Entries
• Experience using Accounting Software and knowledge of general accounting practices
• Strong grasp of Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making
• Detail-oriented approach and exceptional organizational skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in US staffing industry accounts is a plus
• Solid understanding of compliance with financial regulations
