US Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate, support and review the day-to-day accounting operations and processes for designated clients
• Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions
• communication with the client through email and call.
• Resolve routine Queries of team members in a timely manner.
• Understanding process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) as and when required
• Provide regular training to new/existing team members as and when required.
• Perform day-to-day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients.
• Perform duties as per defined KRAs.
• Preparing and delivering accurate month end financials.
• Understanding business requirement of client and update/create the SOP document as and when required.
• Daily update/review of timesheet for the task performed.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
