Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing US Sales Specialist who will drive end-to-end sales activities, focusing on Intelligent Automation and AI Solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing US clients, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potential US clients for AI Solutions And Automation.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and recommend the right Intelligent Automation solutions that align with business goals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the delivery and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
Meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets and track market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in ERP Sales (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
Strong understanding of US sales processes, time zones, and client expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Ability to work in US shift timings.
Good to have - Strong Understanding of Digitization of Financial Process in various organizations
