Job Description

Location : Hyderabad Onsite ( Night Shift )

Key Responsibilities:


Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of potentialUSclients for AI and Automation solutions.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions with CXOs, Directors, and key decision-makers.

Understand client challenges and recommend the right Intelligent Automation solutions.

Manage the completesalescycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Collaborate with delivery and pre-salesteams on proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

Maintain and grow long-term client relationships.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and stay updated on market trends.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in ERPSales(SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).

Strong understanding ofUSsalesprocesses, time zones, and client expectations.

Experience using AI based tools for end to end sales.

Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and pipeline building

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceedingsalestargets.

Experience with CRM tools such asSalesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.

Ability to work inUSshift timings.


Good to have:

Understanding of digitization of financial processes across organizations.
