Job Description

1. Candidate Interaction & Sourcing

  • Search, identify, and connect with potential US-based candidates through various job boards, portals, and professional networks.
  • Gather updated resumes, verify candidate details, and understand their experience, skill sets, and job preferences.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and interested candidates for different roles.

2. Coordination with Marketing & Recruitment Teams

  • Forward shortlisted profiles to the internal marketing or recruitment team for further processing.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth candidate onboarding and submission processes.
  • Provide timely updates on candidate status, availability, and hiring progress.

3. Communication & Relationship Management

  • Conduct initial screening calls to explain job requirements, company processes, and market expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to support repeat engagement.
  • Address candidate queries professionally and provide clarity on next steps.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all candidate data is accurately documented in internal systems or CRM tools.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing activity, interactions, and submissions.
  • Maintain complete confidentiality of candidate and client information.
