We are hiring for TOP MNC for US Residential Mortgage- Loan Origination & Underwriting.

Note- Must have strong exposure in US Mortgage

Job Location - Pune.

Experience of experience and salary:

Team Lead- 5+ Years (Salary 10LPA including Variables)

Trainer- 5+ Years (Salary 12 LPA including Variables)

Assistant Manager- 8+ Years (10LPA- 15LPA) must have 2+ years of experience as Assistant Manager or Manager on paper.

Operational Manager- 11- 18 Years (10LPA- 18LPA) must have 2+ years of experience as Operational Manager or Senior Manager on paper.

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days max.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

Shift- US Shift

Please Note- Need to be flexible work from office all 5 Days.

Skills Required

1- 6 years - 18 years of experience in end-to-end US Residential Mortgage-Loan Origination & Underwriting.

2- Excellent communication skills.

3- Must have strong people management skills on paper.

4- CSAT, AHT, Attrition Management, Shrinkage Management, Stakeholder & Client Management.
