Manage 100+ FTEs
End-to-end mortgage lifecycle exposure
NMLS certification preferred
Lead
8+ years in US Residential Mortgage
Manage 2030 FTEs
CRU certification (MBA) mandatory
Strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, LOS & AUS
All income & loan product experience
15 years full-time education (no correspondence)
Bank salary credit & documents mandatory
