Job Description

• Location: Baner, Pune
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (US Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)
• Salary: 4.5 5 LPA
• Joining : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Summary

We are looking for a US Recruiter with excellent spoken and written English and French communication skills. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Communicate confidently with candidates (both voice and written).
• Engage and assess web applicants for fit, interest, and availability.
• Proactively source talent through platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn.
• Manage varying requisition volumes based on client needs.
• Evaluate candidates skills, goals, and technical capabilities.

Important Note: End-to-end recruitment training will be provided by the PSG Training Manager. Prior recruitment experience is not mandatory; however, candidates must have a strong interest in working in US recruitment.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in French and English.
• Passed minimum B2 level French certification is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
