About the Role

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in VLSI hiring . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles in the US Location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end US recruiting , including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for the key VLSI domain.
• Evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements in the semiconductor domain.
• Work with W2, 1099, and C2C hiring models.
• Ensure compliance with US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.).
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand VLSI skill sets.
• Provide daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.
• Ensure timely communication and a smooth hiring experience.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job portals.
• Proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.
