About the Role

TalentOla is looking for a US Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant to support IT and Sales leadership hiring for US-based clients. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder interaction, and delivering high-quality talent across individual contributor and leadership positions.

Freshers with strong communication, aptitude, and presentation skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT & Sales leadership roles
• Work on individual contributors to senior leadership positions (Manager, Director, VP levels)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and market mapping
• Conduct initial screenings, functional discussions, and candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups in US EST time zones
• Build strong relationships with candidates and US-based clients
• Maintain ATS updates, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation
• Achieve hiring timelines while maintaining quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong aptitude, analytical ability, and presentation skills
• Confidence to interact with senior candidates and US stakeholders
• Willingness to work in night shift (US EST)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Graduation required (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• Freshers: Graduates with strong communication, aptitude, and presentation skills are welcome
• Experienced Professionals: 16 years of experience in US IT recruitment / Executive Search
