Job Description

About the Role


We are currently seeking a *US Recruiter / Senior US Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)* to join our team in *Koramangala, Bangalore*. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting U.S. staffing requirements and managing end-to-end recruitment for direct clients.


Key Responsibilities


* Manage the *full life cycle recruitment process*, including direct sourcing, candidate screening, preliminary interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.

* Analyze job requirements to identify and source qualified *IT and Non-IT candidates*.

* Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, referrals, and advanced *internet sourcing techniques*.

* Screen candidates based on job descriptions, technical expertise, functional skills, communication skills, and overall suitability.

* Review and interpret technical and non-technical job requirements.

* Develop and execute *Boolean search strings* and conduct cold calling when required.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates from initial contact through offer release and joining.

* Work on *W2 hiring models, with preference for candidates experienced in recruiting **US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EADs*.

* Collaborate with direct clients and work on both *IT and Non-IT openings*.

* Demonstrate strong understanding of *US tax terms, visa categories, and work authorization*.

* Work extensively with *MSP and VMS platforms*.

* Maintain daily recruitment trackers and status reports.


Qualifications*


* *Education:* BBA, B.Com, BCA, or any graduate degree

* *Postgraduate degree* is an added advantage


Required Skills


* Proficiency in *Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook*

* Willingness to work *night shifts* aligned with U.S. business hours

* Strong organizational and documentation skills

* Positive attitude with a proactive, results-driven mindset

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Highly motivated individual with the ability to learn and adapt quickly


Preferred Skills


* Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills

* Prior experience supporting *U.S. staffing clients*
