Roles and Responsibilities:

• Required 2-3 years of Experience with US staffing.
• Experience in recruiting C2C and W2 candidate.
• Prior experience in semiconductor recruiting industry
• Good experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, Carrier Builder, LinkedIn.
• Ability to demonstrate work experience related to the Full Recruiting Life cycle (Analysing requirements, candidate prospecting, screening, submission & follow-up, etc).
• Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards.
• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Prior experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Ceipal, Job Diva.
