We are looking for a driven and results-oriented US Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the US hiring ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with demanding timelines and diverse roles.

• Manage full-cycle US recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Work closely with US clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and tracking reports
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets and turnaround times
• Stay updated on US market trends, visa types, and hiring practices

• 14 years of experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment
• Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
• Strong sourcing expertise across IT and Non-IT roles
• Familiarity with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently during US business hours
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up discipline

• Prior experience working with US staffing agencies or direct US clients
• Understanding of US employment basics, compliance, and hiring workflows
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field
