Key Responsibilities

0-2+Years experience in US IT or US NonIT Staffing, Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job requirements.

Understand job descriptions and match suitable profiles.

Understand US Tax Terms 1099, W2 and C2C

Coordinate interviews and follow-up with candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers.

Skills Required

Strong communication skills.

Willingness to work in the night shift.

Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR is preferred but not required.

Good interpersonal and learning skills.

Positive attitude and desire for growth.
