We serve clients across several US states, specializing in tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll tax compliance. As we expand our offshore operations in Hyderabad, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at ground level and grow with us.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Payroll & Accounting Specialist , located at our office in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of US payroll cycles, ensuring absolute compliance with federal and state regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records for our US-based clients. This role requires a blend of technical software expertise and strong analytical skills

Qualifications

• Software Expertise: Mandatory proficiency in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) and ADP . Experience with other US payroll platforms (Gusto, Paychex) is a plus.
• Payroll Mastery: Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll cycles, including garnishments, benefits deductions, and gross-to-net calculations.
• US Tax Compliance: Experience with timely filing of US federal and state payroll taxes, specifically Forms 941, 940, and state unemployment (SUI) filings .
• Accounting Support: Assist in the preparation of US income tax returns, including Individual (1040) , Partnership (1065) , and S-Corp (1120-S) .
• Education: CA/CMA (Inter or Final), M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential as you will be interacting directly with US-based clients and our Houston headquarters.
• Mindset: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to work effectively without constant oversight.
