Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US Non-IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and interested in building a career in the US staffing industry.

The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various non-technical roles across the United States market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assess communication and professional skills
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain strong follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiate salary and employment terms as required
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline
• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written English is mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US Time Zone)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
