Were Hiring: Non-IT / Light Industrial (LI) Recruiter W2 Staffing

Location: Greater Noida (Onsite)

Shift: 06:30 PM 03:30 AM IST

We are looking for a driven and experienced Non-IT / LI Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring W2-only candidates and a strong background working with aerospace, engineering, or industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for Non-IT & Light Industrial (LI) roles
• Work exclusively on W2 hiring (no C2C / 1099)
• Prioritize roles for aerospace and engineering clients
• Manage multiple job requisitions with competing priorities
• Conduct telephonic/video interviews and assess technical & functional fit
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening interview offer onboarding
• Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6+ months of recruitment experience (Non-IT / LI preferred)
• Proven exposure to W2 staffing
• Experience supporting aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial clients is highly preferred
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Hands-on experience with JobDiva (ATS) is a big plus
