Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Non-Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various technical positions within the Medical Devices, Biotech, and Pharmaceutical industries. The role involves working closely with US clients and candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles
• Communicating with US clients and candidates via phone and email
• Utilizing Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in US recruitment
• Excellent US accent and strong communication skills
• Strong email writing skills and MS Word proficiency
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zones)
• Exposure to Medical Devices, Biotech, or Pharmaceutical industries
