US Non-IT Recruiter Firman Solutions


Role summary

Firman Solutions is hiring an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles (e.g., finance, accounting, HR, administrative, operations, manufacturing, clinical, sales, legal, etc.). Youll be the candidate-facing expert: sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent through every stage while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strong communication to hiring managers.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned non-IT requisitions across the US: source, screen, interview, submit, negotiate, and close.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Drive outstanding candidate engagement timely outreach, clear expectation-setting, interview coaching, and regular status updates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job briefs, and prioritize candidate profiles.
  • Conduct high-quality phone and video screens to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and compensation expectations.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and provide consultative recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Manage the offer process: prepare offer packages, present offers, address candidate concerns, and improve offer-to-acceptance rates.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity in the ATS (e.g., Bullhorn/iCIMS/Workday company standard), including candidate notes, pipeline stages, and submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws, EEO practices, and client hiring policies.
  • Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratio, offer acceptance, pipeline velocity) and use them to continuously improve processes.
  • Represent Firman Solutions professionally at career fairs, networking events, and client meetings as required.


Must-have qualifications

  • 15+ years recruiting experience in US non-IT staffing or corporate recruitment (agency or in-house) with demonstrated success closing roles.
  • Strong candidate engagement skills proven ability to build rapport quickly and manage expectations across differing stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable presenting offers and negotiating compensation.
  • Hands-on sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals).
  • Solid experience with an ATS and CRM; high attention to data integrity.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting SLAs/metrics.
