We are hiring for TOP MNC for US Mortgage-Lock Desk Specialist

Location - Bangalore.

Shift- Flexible to work in shifts

Experience of experience and salary:

3 Years- 12 Years

Salary- 6- 14LPA (including 10% Variables)

Notice Period - Immediate - 30 Days max.

Qualification- Graduate and postgraduate

Work Mode- Hybrid

Skills Required

1- 3+ years in Lock Desk process.

Generate Initial lock confirmation.

Lock, extend, re-lock and re-price loans in the pricing engine and Loan Origination System as needed, ensuring pricing calculations are correct.

Monitor Encompass dashboard queues and ensure timely completion of tasks Provide support to mortgage staff for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries Assist with system enhancement/update testing

Rate Lock or Pricing Desk experience preferred

Knowledge of current regulatory compliance requirements Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Present self in a professional manner and can interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts appropriately

2- Good communication skills.

3- Must have strong people management skills.
