US Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst, based in Dehradun. The role involves managing and maintaining the lock desk by monitoring loan pricing, processing lock requests, and handling extension or changes to locked loans. Responsibilities include analyzing policies, ensuring compliance with mortgage servicing guidelines, and supporting underwriting processes. Communication with stakeholders to address queries or issues and maintaining accurate records of lock activity are also essential duties.

• Strong understanding and experience in the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Servicing
• Proficient Analytical Skills to review loan details and ensure policy compliance
• Effective Communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in Underwriting is preferred
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with relevant loan pricing tools and updates in mortgage regulations
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous
