US Mortgage Compliance Analyst

We're hiring 2 US Mortgage Compliance Analysts at SGSN Associates.

We're building out our compliance practice and looking for analysts who understand the mortgage industry and care about getting regulatory details right.

The work:

One analyst will specialize in Closing Disclosure (COC) compliancemanaging daily workflows, validating disclosures, and ensuring regulatory adherence. The other will focus on HMDA and ECOA reportingvalidating loan data in PATH, running monthly reports, and confirming files meet regulatory timelines.

Why this matters:

Mortgage compliance isn't just about following rulesit's about protecting borrowers and keeping lenders compliant. These workflows have real regulatory consequences, and we need people who take that seriously.

What we're looking for:

Analysts with mortgage compliance background (TILA-RESPA, HMDA, ECOA experience is a plus). You should be comfortable with mortgage technology systems and able to own compliance workflows with minimal supervision.

But here's the real requirement: You need to care about accuracy and understand why these regulatory requirements exist. We're not looking for people just processing datawe need people who are genuinely invested in compliance excellence.

Full-time, on-site in Dehradun. We're looking to fill these quickly.
