About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intern to support our US Marketplace business with SKU Onboarding. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining the onboarding of new SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) across our marketplace platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed to launch. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the US Marketplace Leader. High performers may be considered for a full-time role as the function scales.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end SKU onboarding processes, including data validation, attribute mapping, and listing creation.
• Review and enrich product data (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, categorization, variants) to meet marketplace standards.
• Identify and escalate blockers in the onboarding pipeline; propose process improvements.
• Assist in bulk upload preparation and error resolution using internal tools or CSV/Excel templates.
• Contribute to documentation of onboarding workflows and best practices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks without sacrificing accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable interfacing with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Pay range and compensation package

Location Gurgaon / Ahmedabad Duration: 3 months (with potential to transition to full-time role based on performance and business needs)
