- Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Were seeking a US Lead Recruiter Voice Process with proven full-cycle recruiting experience in either an agency or corporate environment. In this team contributor role , you will also be responsible for managing and guiding a team of US Recruiters based in India , ensuring performance, quality, and successful delivery on hiring goals. The ideal candidate excels at identifying top talent, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of US Recruiters based in India, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Oversee and execute full life-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, while ensuring consistent candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- Review, support, and enhance the teams sourcing strategies using platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Bullhorn.
- Manage workload distribution and ensure the team adapts effectively to fluctuating requisition volumes based on client needs.
- Conduct advanced candidate evaluations, including skills, experience, career goals, and technical expertise, ensuring strong alignment with client requirements.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate, real-time documentation in Bullhorn ATS and adheres to recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate and oversee submissions within client VMS platforms, monitoring interview progress, offers, and overall funnel performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements, align on expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 69 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record of high performance (agency or corporate).
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of ATS and VMS systems; experience with Bullhorn is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source talent and manage multiple high-priority requisitions.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide team performance in a fast-paced environment.
