US Lead Generation Executive

We are hiring a US Lead Generation Executive to support our client Goalseek, a fast-growing outsourced accounting firm working with US-based CPAs and corporate finance teams.

Your primary responsibility is simple but not easy:

Start intelligent conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings.

No scripts read like robots. No spray-and-pray dialling. This role is about *clarity, confidence, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based CPAs, accounting firms, and finance decision-makers
• Work entirely on US business hours
• Introduce Goalseeks outsourced accounting services clearly and professionally
• Qualify leads based on predefined ICP and talking points
• Book meetings or hand over warm leads to the sales team
• Maintain clean call notes and lead status in CRM
• Handle objections calmly and intelligently (no panic, no pushing)
• Continuously improve pitch based on feedback and outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English (neutral accent preferred)
• Proven experience in B2B cold calling for US/UK markets
• Prior exposure to Accounting / CPA / Finance / BPO / KPO is a strong advantage
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Confident, articulate, and mentally resilient (rejection is part of the game)
• Organized with basic CRM discipline
• Based in Ahmedabad and willing to work from office

Tools & Support

• Dialler and calling tools provided
• Lead lists, ICP, and pitch framework provided
• Training on services and positioning
• Ongoing support to improve call quality and conversions
