Position: US IT Technical recruiter
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)
Experience: 5 7 Years only

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience strictly from 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment to find diversified talent.
- Experience with ATS (Ceipal, Oorwin) and Job Boards like Dice, Monster, etc.
- Expertise in sourcing profiles using Boolean strings.
- Must have hands on experience with W2 & C2C Roles
- Must have experience in negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate with GCs, U.S. Citizens, H1B, TN permit holders, OPT, EAD.
- Must have excellent knowledge on W2, C2C, 1099 - US tax terms.
- Should be able to work on high volume requirements in a fast pace environment.
- Develop recruiting strategies for technical requirements to meet staffing needs for clients.
- Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, negotiate rates, set up interview process and follow through onboarding process.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
