Night shift 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST - EST Time Zone

We are looking for a dynamic US IT Recruiter with strong candidate sourcing and recruitment marketing skills to support our US IT staffing operations. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying qualified IT professionals, promoting job opportunities, and submitting suitable candidates for client requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Dice
• Knowledge of US IT recruitment process
• Boolean search expertise
• Recruitment marketing and job promotion skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT staffing or recruitment.
• Knowledge of visa types such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, and EAD.
• Experience posting jobs and engaging candidates through professional networking platforms.
