You will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-demand US IT roles, including:

• Development: Python, ASP.Net, Java/Full Stack, React, Node.js.
• Data & Analytics: Data Scientists, Data/System/Business Analysts.
• Finance & SAP: Financial Analysts, SAP FICO/HANA, Oracle.
• Cloud & Infra: AWS/Azure DevOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud Architects.
• QA & Database: Automation/Manual QA, SQL Developers, Snowflake.

Your Growth & Learning Path

• No prior US staffing knowledge? Weve got you covered. Upon joining, you will undergo our Global Training, where you will master.
• US Immigration: H1B, L1, OPT, CPT, and Green Card processes.
• Taxation Models: W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099.
• US Market Sourcing: Expert-level training on Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in BPO/KPO/RPO/Sales.
• Language: Native-level English fluency (verbal and written) is mandatory.
• Schedule: US Night Shift (8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST).
• Location: In-Office (Kolkata).
