We are seeking a highly experienced US IT Sales Manager to lead and expand our US IT staffing and recruitment sales division.This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic client relationships, and securing IT contract staffing opportunities across the US market and a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the US IT staffing market
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Present and sell IT contract staffing and recruitment solutions to meet client needs
• Lead and manage the staffing team to ensure performance targets are achieved
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to team members
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine sales strategies
• Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring favorable terms for the organization
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and emerging trends in IT staffing and bench sales

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline
• 8+ years of progressive experience in US IT staffing, recruiting, sales, or a comparable role
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of the US IT market, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
• Experience leading and managing high-performing sales or bench sales teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to travel as required
