US IT Recruiter Mid/Sr Level - Hyderabad (Onsite).

• We are seeking US IT Recruiters with 5-7 years of relevant experience to join our team. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, collaborating with clients and vendors, and managing the recruitment process efficiently. working on W2 and C2C Requirements Active Vendor Network, Vendor Management
• Exp in Staffing/Recruitment experience and understanding and ability to recruit in all levels.
• Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) / networking websites LinkedIn / Dice / Monster / References / Cold Calling / Job Advertisement
• Build and manage a pipeline of IT positions and candidates.
• Understand requirements directly from our team and our customers.
• Have a well-developed network of candidates and/or the skills to build the network quickly and comprehensively
• Any knowledge about SAP modules, Digital technologies is highly preferred
• Must have excellent written & communication skills.
• Working hours: As per US Time zone. Monday to Friday.
• Job Location: On-site (Work from Office in Hyderabad- Mindspace office).
