Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier IT professionals for contract and full-time roles across the US market. Freshers with a passion for recruitment and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify qualified IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases

Understand client requirements (W2, C2C, 1099 roles) and deliver suitable profiles within deadlines

Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fit, and schedule interviews

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

Negotiate rates and follow up on interview feedback and onboarding processes

Maintain reports and update the ATS regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.)

Understanding of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome

Preferred Qualifications (for experienced candidates):

Proven track record of successful placements

Experience working with direct clients or prime vendors

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ceipal, JobDiva)
