We are seeking a dedicated US IT Recruiter for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day tasks include building a pipeline of technical talent, conducting detailed interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. The recruiter will focus on identifying top-tier IT professionals to fulfill the specific requirements of client organizations.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment
• Proficiency in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology-related roles
• Strong understanding of Recruiting strategies and processes for IT talent
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring teams and manage multiple requisitions efficiently
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of the US IT job market and technical terminologies
