Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions in the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience working with US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS data
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Meet daily/weekly hiring targets
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in US IT Recruitment
- Knowledge of US work authorizations and tax terms
- Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for multiple IT technologies
- Working on federal requirements and knowledge on security clearances
