Tekgence is expanding our recruitment team, and we are looking for US IT Recruiters with experience supporting Manufacturing / Technology Manufacturer clients.
Role: US IT Recruiter (Manufacturing / Infrastructure Hiring)
Location: HITEC City, Hyderabad 5 Days Onsite
Experience: 24 Years in US IT Staffing
Key Requirements:
Experience recruiting for Manufacturing or Technology Manufacturer clients
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder
Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
Experience hiring for Infrastructure, Networking, Systems, Cloud, and DevOps roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
