US IT Recruiter

• Source and recruit IT candidates for US-based clients using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Work in US shift timings.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) is a plus.
• Willingness to work in US time zones.
