Position: US IT Recruiter
Shift: Night Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Interview Mode: Onsite (In-Person Interview)
Eligibility
- Prior experience as a Customer Support Executive in the International Market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with US-based candidates and clients
- Quick learner with interest in IT recruitment and staffing
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for US IT requirements
- Coordinating interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintaining candidate databases and follow-ups
- Understanding job requirements and matching suitable profiles
