Required Skills:

Expertise in sourcing and screening through platforms such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, JobDiva, etc.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong negotiation and candidate engagement abilities

Ability to work effectively in EST/CST time zones

Prior experience working with Infosys implementation

Solid understanding of US IT staffing processes and compliance

Demonstrated success in managing the full recruitment lifecycle
