Urgent Hiring US IT Recruiter (W2 Requirements)

Signature IT World Inc is actively looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong experience working on Implementation Partner W2 requirements.

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Onsite)

Shift: US Shift (EST)

Experience Required: 1-4 Years in US IT Recruitment

Interview Mode: In- person

Job Responsibilities:

Handle W2 requirements from Implementation Partners.

Source, screen, and submit qualified IT candidates across technologies.

Strong experience working with Tier-1 Vendors / Implementation Partners.

Good understanding of US tax terms: W2, C2C, 1099.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates & vendors.

Maintain database and daily recruitment reports.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of US IT technologies.
