Location: Noida, Sector 94

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Noida (Sector 94). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment and be comfortable working in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job portals and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews.
• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment (W2 / FTE).
• Work with Tier 1 vendors or direct/prime clients.
• Submit qualified profiles to clients and ensure at least 34 submissions per day.
• Coordinate with sales managers for requirements and submission follow-ups.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (W2 / FTE).
• Strong understanding of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Experience working with Tier 1 / Prime Vendors or direct clients.
• Good knowledge of technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, and other IT domains.
• Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
