Hiring: US IT Recruiter (FTE)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team.

Experience: 2 to 5Years

Location: Chennai Tidel Park

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.

Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.

Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.

Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of candidates.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills:

25 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong experience with Boolean search, sourcing, and screening.

Familiarity with US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types.

Good understanding of US IT technologies and roles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
