Role : US Technical Recruiter

Location : Noida UP

We are looking for a US Technical Recruiter to join our team and help identify, attract, and hire top technical talent. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT and engineering roles while collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for technical roles.
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain candidate databases and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Negotiate salary and finalize offers with selected candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate technical resumes and skill sets.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
