Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Experience: 6 months 4 years
What Were Looking For:
- Strong understanding of US IT recruitment lifecycle & hiring laws
- Experience sourcing US Citizens & Green Card holders
- Knowledge of US work visas (H1B, E3, TN) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)
- Excellent technical screening, sourcing & candidate assessment skills
- Comfortable working in EST/PST shifts
- Strong communication, analytical thinking & networking ability
- Self-motivated team player with a passion for closing positions
