Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Shift Timings: Night Shift

Location: Noida Sector-62, Work from Office

Experience Required: 3 - 6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US IT Recruiter / Sr. US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C hiring models as per client requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, ComputerJobs, Yahoo HotJobs, and ATS tools.
• Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
• Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
• Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry.
• Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.).
• Previous professional experience collaborating with system integrator (SI) clients.
• Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical understanding of various IT skills and job roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduates from any discipline are welcome; candidates with technical backgrounds will be preferred.
