Required Skills/Experience

Previous experience working as a Recruiter for 3+ Years in US Staffing

Hands on LinkedIn Recruiter

Knowledge of US recruitment software and database systems

Excellent verbal and written English communication.

What will you do?

Sourcing, screening and engaging passive and active IT requirements like Java, Microservices, Devops, Pega, .NET, Salesforce and aspiring design apprentices through social media and job portals.

Develop and execute recruiting plans and pipelines to meet the hiring needs. Involve in all areas from job posting to offer releasing.

Participate in promoting the company through social media to determine the most efficient, effective and customer centric means to attract top talent.
