Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Indore (onsite). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for US IT requirements (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Work on Direct Client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and internal tracking systems.
• Meet daily/weekly submission and closure targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US hiring models: W2, C2C, 1099.
• Experience working with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, etc.).
• Good understanding of IT technologies and skill sets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in US shift timings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
• Proven track record of placements and closures.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools.
