Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven US IT Recruiter to support our staffing requirements for clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical talent for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or staffing environment.
• Strong understanding of US work visa categories (USC, GC, H1B, TN, EAD, CPT/OPT).
• Hands-on experience with major recruitment platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Ability to source technical candidates for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Data Engineer, QA, SAP, and other IT positions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively in US night shift (EST/PST hours).
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with direct clients, MSPs, or Tier-1 vendors.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and CRM platforms.
• Track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets in a high-velocity recruiting environment.
