We are looking for motivated IT and Engineering Recruiters to support our end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly
• Meet hiring targets within timelines

Requirements:

• 6 months 1 year of recruitment experience
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite and join immediately
