We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter / US IT Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals who are interested in building a strong foundation in US IT recruitment and working with US IT candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates for US-based IT roles

Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

Understand client requirements and match candidates accordingly

Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment lifecycle

Maintain candidate relationships and provide timely follow-ups

Ensure proper documentation and compliance processes

Requirements:

04 years of experience in US Staffing/ US IT recruitment

Basic understanding of US IT technologies and visa classifications (OPT/H1B)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Good organizational and follow-up skills
