Role: US IT Recruiter (Full-Time)

Location: Maadhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Shift: Night Shift (US Timing)

We are looking for a passionate US IT Recruiter who can connect with top IT talent and support our US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews

Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS updates

Requirements:

13 years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Good understanding of US visa types.

Experience working with US Citizens and handling direct communication is highly preferred.

Experience handling W2, C2C, 1099 processes, sourcing, and screening candidates.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Prior experience working on Finance domain with AI/ML, Enterprise Architect, Data Architect related requirements is a huge plus.
